I will require a detailed reference image for the character with at least a front facing full character reference sheet.

Preference for front view and side view of character.

Character has to be original.

I will be doing 3 commissions per batch (Price may change after each batch).

When my commissions are open there will be a Google Form available to apply for a commission slot.

Applications will be open for roughly a week after a given start date. Once the time period is over, I will be closing applications.

I'll then select from the applications to fill in the 3 slots available for the current batch.

I will start work on the 3D model for the client in the first slot roughly a week after the selection process.

The client in the 2nd slot is first on the waitlist and the client in the 3rd slot is second on the waitlist.

Will be reopening applications roughly every 3-5 months for next batch.

Payment of the 50% total price before starting the commission.

WIP images will be sent throughout the process.

Before I get to texture phase, can request revisions on certain meshed elements of the model but please keep these requests within reasonable limits.

During the texture phase, can request minor revisions to textures.

I take about 1-2 months to finish a 3D model.

Before finalizing the 3D model, I'll showcase the model in vrchat to the client (optional).

At the end, the .Blend, FBX, textures and Unity Package will be delivered after the remaining payment.

By commissioning me, you agree to my TOS.

Any of these terms and conditions may change at any time, but changes do not apply to commissions in progress.

I have the right to decline or cancel your commission for any reason.

You can only request one model per batch.

I will be posting WIPS of the commission to my twitter unless you want to keep it a secret until you debut the model.

I will be creating a 3D model based off the reference image(s) provided. However, I don't do 1:1 commissions since I have my own texturing style and going from 2D to 3D might have some changes needed in certain aspects of the character.

During the process I will be sending updates on the model, you are free to contact me whenever about feedback and other concerns.

I cannot guarantee full optimization for VRChat.

Payments will be made through PayPal.

50% of the total price paid before I start working on the 3D model and the remaining payment at the end before client receives 3D model.

Client receives all model files after I receive the final payment.

Failure to pay the correct amount on time may result in the commission being cancelled.

If I cancel a commission after receiving the first payment, then a refund will be issued back to client for the amount paid and all work associated with that commission will be deleted.

If client cancels commission after making the first payment, I will keep the 50% as down payment for my time spent as well as the rights to the base of the 3D model but not the rights to the OC.

NO REFUNDS after the finished product is delivered to client. It is client's responsibility to let me know of any details that need to be addressed, before receiving the 3D model (Additional costs will incur).

Once the 3D model has been delivered to client, client will have full rights to finished model for personal use

Reselling the 3D model or it's parts is not permitted under any circumstances.

A Commercial Use License incurs an upcharge of 30% (merch, posters, etc.) but is not needed for streaming purposes.

Terms will be discussed with the commercial use license.
